bilateral sensations and vision problems

Please help me!! I am a 33 Year old white female and these symptoms started 6 yrs ago. First with the tingling in the legs it lasted 10 months. Then visual disturbance in the lower left quaderant of both eyes. Followed by tingling in arms & legs (minor) about 4 months.Next ny eyes went cloudy about 1 1/2 yrs ago and has never cleared up. Then 8 months of strange sensations from shoulders to hands.
I have strange tingling sensations in both arms and/or in both legs. Symptoms come and go through the day but will last for months at a time. I had an MRI done and they said everything looks good. They also tested for lupus and lymes disease and found nothing. They did several blood test and all seems fine. I also have cloudy vision, floaters, sensitivity to light, a line that runs horizontally through my eyes, and distorted vision in both eyes. The distorted vision is the only thing that comes and goes. I also have difficulty driving at night if there are headlights behind me or if the ones coming torward me are very bright. I just had a visual field test done and it was abnormal (just outside the normal limits) although my vision is good 20/30 I can not see well. I seem to be tired sometimes exhausted!
I am tired of not knowing what to do to make this better. I've got to find out what is going on, at times I don't even let my kids sit on my lap because I have got to shake my arms to see if I can get the tingling to stop. I am scared to drive at night I am afraid I will hurt someone!! Can you please give me some insight or direction on what I can do or a doctor who can help.

Many of your symptoms sound like MS.  It's possible to have MS and the lesions not show up on an MRI for several years. You might want to see an MS specialist.

what did you have an mri of..brain? spine? or both?
i guess you need to have that done if you havent already. And then they might want to do a spinal tap as well. I had one...its not as bad as it sounds...

Also you need to go to an neruo opthamologist to test for optic neruitis..

I can give advise but sometimes i dont follow it myself because im scared of dr's..or actually diagnoses!!

well..you could have several things going on. The bladder urgency thing is common in women. Are you by chance overweight? There is a condition called Pseudotumor Cerebri and some of the symptoms you have could be caused by this condition. It's a disorder found mainly in overweight young women, for some reason there is an increase in the spinal fluid. The way to diagnose this is by a spinal tap to see how high your pressure is. But first you need to see an opthalmologist. Have him/her take a look at your blood vessels in the eye.

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU SHOULD SEE A NEURO OPTHMALOGIST AND GET A VEP TEST ON YOUR EYES, HAVE YOU EVER LOOKED UP OPTIC NEURITIS?

I am about 140 lbs and 5'2" so yes I could afford to lose a few pounds, but I am not way over weight only about 15 lbs.
I have been to the eye dr. he did look for optic neuritis and did a visual field test.

I want to add this - I don't know if this links to the other symptoms I listed but thought it might be helpful.
I also have some muscle twiching and have when I need to urinate I have urgency to get to the rest room. Also sometimes ringing in the ears. I think those things may be normal, but not for sure so I thought I better add them to my post.
