Need Advise
Mine start with:
a. metallic taste in mouth
b. pressure on the right side of head and right nostril
c. dizzy off balance feeling
d. clamy
e. very spacey, out of body feeling
f. burning itch on arms and face
I have never gotten a bad bad headache with these episodes...just the pressure.

I've had something similiar to this. I get a pressure feeling in my cheekbone on the left side of my face, sometimes with the pressure I also get a bug crawling sensation under the skin on my face. The nostril on the same side will run like crazy, the other will remain normal. I asked my family doctor about this and he told me it was migraines, I've had this everyday, for the last 6 to 7 years, there is no numbness, or pain, just pressure and tingling in that certain spot.
