Possible staph infection

I had a total abdominal hysterctomy 11 weeks ago.  At 2 weeks I tested positive for staph at my incision and was prescribed Levaquin.  Since then I have had 4 styes in both eyes and currently have very painful sores in both nostrils.  My gynecologist says they "have nothing to do with the surgery"

What course of action is recommended?
