heart beat sensations

Hello for about 2 months ive been experiencing these symptoms.
pounding heart that can be felt in the chest up to the neck,cheek,hands and sometimes leg bpm is about 80-95
insomnia not sure because of this?
anxiety
depression
shortness of breath
clogged nose burning nose
body temperature 97.4 to 98.4
blood pressure - is usually 135/74 or 128/65
cbc-normal
lipid panel-normal
elecktrolyte-normal

sounds like anxiety to me.

if u have a poor diet, u can try to take vitamin supplements and see if they improve your mood at all. a B complex could help.

if u google "vitamin b, stress" it should come up with a lot of useful pages to elaborate on this.

no medication im starting to wonder myself if this is all anxiety related but of course i still wonder what could be wrong

it sounds as if these symptoms are a result of your anxiety. OR are you taking any medications for anxiety and/or depression? they could be side effects from the meds.
catch 22 huh?

You would need to have a cardiological workup to determine if it is your heart. (EKG, Stress test, ECHO, and Holter monitor)
