Chronic chest pressure and lightheadedness

Looking for any suggestions.  I have had ongoing chest pains which last all day for years and years.  Test have all come back normal.  These include: EKG, Stress Echo, CT scan with contrast, general lab work.  Nothing yet has come up.,  The other associated symptoms are lightheadedness (at time really bad), some shortness of breath, decreased exercise tolerance, overall fatigue, especially in the legs and arms after physical exertion.  I have tried beta blockers and lexpro, and muscle relaxants.  Looking for any direction or suggestions as to where to look next.  Feel free to email me directly too.  Thanks

Hi,

How are you?
Shortness of breath, chest pain, and fatigue also raises the suspicion of hyperurecemia or elevated uric acid levels.
It can occur due to kidney disease, medications, diabetes, or no apparent cause.
Please discuss this possibility with your treating doctor. Take care!
