Scared lots of symptoms

I am 28 year old female. I have a lot of symptoms. Constipation, when I do go it is very small and hard, before this my stool was diarrhea and narrow stools alternating,  feeling of having to go and nothing comes, some blood and mucous at times, constant lower abdominal pain(kind of a dull pain) that sometimes shoots around to the back usually on the left side but sometimes on the right and in the front near ovaries, sometimes sharp pains in the front area, painful sex,
frequent urination, strong smell, wakes me out of sleep to go,
vaginal dryness, lumps at end of cervix, fatigue, frequent bloody noses, headaches, sore throat, lump under jaw that is easily moveable, lately a sore throat, see stars at times when just standing in shower, sharp pains in chest usually when breathing, headaches. medical history...2 D$C's for miscarraiges(baby inside but no heartbeat), have had bacterial infections in my vagina, an abortion(was raped and couldnt bear to have a child in fear of resentment of the child), oh also i get a tingling feeling in my left shoulder(in back) area started after a car accident, and I am constantly tired(I could sleep for days if I didnt have to work). I dont know if any or all of these are related but it started with just one or two of them about a year ago so I thought nothing of it and the symptoms have been racking up. It is this abdominal pain and painful sex and vaginal dryness that is really the breaking point. please help!!! I've gone to the doctors and one said they think it is a virus(are u kidding me???) and other a kidney infection. help

If you can help me at all I would really appreciate it. I'm scared and these doctors just keep prescribing antibiotics that dont do anything. Could it be cancer????/

A number of years ago I also had many different syptoms similar to yours and the doctor kept saying he cannot find anything wrong.  Then a friend suggested I be tested for glandular fever and guess what, when the doctor finally agreed to do the tests, it came back positive for glandular fever.  Needless to say he apologised most profusely, gave me the correct treatment and all the symptons disappeared!  Good luck.

Were you checked for autoimmune disease..such as Lupus?  Sounds like you need a comprehensive work up. You are rather young for cancer.
