Floaters, ringing ears, joint pain and more

I have been dealing with many different symptoms since 1991. I am a 42 female and am about 60lbs overweight. Some symptoms I have been dealing with everyday while others come and go. I'm wondering if it is age and weight(as friends suggest) or is there something wrong with me? I have:
The following comes and goes:
  Episeleritis in eyes
  Swollen glands
  Joint pain
  Tingling in hands and feet
  Night sweats
  Heart palpitations
  Stiffness
  Dizziness
  Red Rash across face
  Depression for no reason
The following occurs all the time:
  Floaters in both eyes
  Terrible Ringing in both ears
  Hair Loss
  Tired all the time
  High Blood Pressure
Blood in Urine for last 2 years
I'm sure if I thought long enough there are other unexplained things I have dealt with since 1991.
Thanks,
Marmix

You've had blood in your urine for 2 years?? What does your doctor say about this? Have you had any kidney tests such as an IVP?  You sound like you need a full work up including autoimmune tests such as an ESR and ANA for Lupus. I agree with the previous poster it sounds like an autoimmune disorder. Please see your doctor soon.

Have you been tested for Lupus, or any other autoimmune diseases?
These specific symptoms are strong markers for autoimmune diseasas, especially Lupus:
Swollen glands
Joint pain
Tingling in hands and feet
Night sweats
Heart palpitations
Stiffness
Red Rash across face
Hair Loss
Tired all the time
High Blood Pressure
Blood in Urine for last 2 years

Here is a link to the UK Lupus foundation. I like their site better than the US one. Look at the list for Lupus diagnosis.
