Selenium and Synthroid

Can 200 mcg of Selenium be taken at the same time Synthroid 75 mcg is taken or should it be separated by 4 hours?

I do not know of any definite absorption issues with this -- but if you can take them at separate times (ie synthroid am & vitamins/selenium in pm) then we can eliminate that possible concern.
