Effects of Exercise

In an otherwise fit and healthy individual (blood pressure in the "standard" range, no signs of anemia etc.), are pale and/or blue lips, accompained by slight dizziness,  brought on and after  an extensive/difficult cardiovascular workout any cause for concern/evualation?  If such symptoms subside after a short period of time (less than 10 mins, for example) and momentarily reappear  after further bouts of excertion (for example, lifting weights lips may appear blue for a few seconds) does this signal a serious condition that would require a trip to the ER?
