hello dr.
i am 28 year old mother of 6 months old girl baby ,i am suffring from heavy periods .that is 25 days long and i change 4 pads daily its my 4 th period after delivery. My gyn. did my d & c last week and biopsy report said that i am suffring from cystic glandular hyperplasia.
pls tell me is this wrong.

       Pathology test report

MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: endometrial glands show marked variation in size and shape. All are lined by tall columnar epithelium. Many are dilated & cystic. Stroma show congestion.

Gross Description:  Multiple pale brown fleshy bits. Volume 2cc.

I think that you need to have this report evaluated by a gynecologic oncologist, who will be able to design a follow up plan for you specifically.
