Beer drinking and Bladder cancer

Do drinking 30 cans of beer ever Friday & Saturday have an negitive effect on bladder cancer treatment? My husband has had 6 bladder cancer surgerys with chemo after each surgery. He says the beer drinking is not harmful. But I say the bladder is already un-healthy & maybe all that beer drinking is not allowing the bladder to heal. Who is correct? Please help!

Superficial bladder cancers can recur- I presume your husband has had recurrences. This can occur as part of the natural history of the disease.
