iam a 29 male thats had a high riding for a couple years now.it seems when i ejaculate my testical pulles up inside me for a short time and then returns to were it was.i get this pulling feeling up my right side and a heavy feeling in my groing area.i have felt around for a lump or checked myself for a hernia but havent really found anything.it doesnt hurt when i lift heavy objects could this be a hernia or something eles?i have not seen a doctor yet but iam going to make an appointment to see one soon.is there anything you could tell me about this so i kind of know what iam in for or understand more when i see the doctor.does a hernia make your testical hang high?the testical is also alot more tender than my left.hope you can tell me something.

It is possible that a hernia can be causing your symptoms.  Another possibility is a undescended testes (UDT).  Examination of children and adults with a suspected UDT should be done in both the supine and standing positions with adequate cremasteric relaxation to differentiate true UDT or ectopic testes from retractile testes.



The major complication of an undescended testes is infertility - which is why this should be evaluated by your personal physician.  



Imaging studies to consider would be a scrotal ultrasound to evaluate the testes and a pelvic CT to evaluate for a hernia.  



Followup with your personal physician is essential.
