still drip!

I’ve been having this problem for over a year now and it’s driving me mad!!!

After I urinate and my bladder has been emptied, I squeeze my penis and a little drip of urine comes out. Then I repeat the squeeze, and the same thing happens.

Also after ejaculation, the same thing happens! I’ve also noticed by opening the tip of my urethra that there seems to be semen stuck (or jammed in my urethra) – or urine – depending on the situation.

This all started last year after I got treated for Chlamydia!

I’ve since been tested 3 times for STD’s and it’s always negative. I’ve seen 3 different urologists and they don’t think that doing a Cystoscopy is a good idea and they don’t think it’s a Urethra Sricture either. They keep saying that it will go away!!! But I’m tired of always having a “damp” penis (sometimes it drips after I go to the bathroom) – or it gets sticky because of the sperm that eventually drips out (in very small amounts!).

Is there anything I can do?? Special exercise?? Food?? Something to clean up or put the urethra back in place??

Ps: my prostate is also perfect (I also had that checked!)

Even if the prostate has been evaluated, that would be the most likely cause.  I would consider imaging the prostate (i.e. with a transrectal ultrasound) to look for abscess.

If the prostate is completely normal, I would still consider a cystoscopy to evaluate the lower GU tract.  However, I do not have the benefit of examining you, so your urologists may be seeing something that I'm missing.

Another opinion can be obtained - preferably at a major academic medical center.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
