Have you spoken to your Doctor? Have you tried Weight Watchers or any of the organized WL companies?

To lose weight you really need to watch your calorie intake and exercise.  Drink at least half your weight in ounces of water every day.  Ex. you weigh 140, drink 70oz of water a day and this will help rehydrate your body and more willing to let water weight go.

Good luck!

I have now lost 85lbs, going from 17stone 2lbs to now 11stone 2lbs, problem is I can't seem to get any further, I would like to get to 10stone.  Does your body find it's own level of weight or have I just hit a hughly long plateau.

Thanks for any help anyone can give.
