nopalina linaza plus

Hey has anybody taken Nopalina Linaza Plus, well my sister is doing it and im a little worried because  i feel like it my have some effects on her. please anyone reply ASAP. HAS anyone had any problems with nopalina linaza plus

I am taking it. so far I have not had any problems with it. On the contrary, I like it very much and it's helping me in lots of things. But that's just me. Everybody is different and maybe this product is not right for her. What is she feeling or experiencing? This product acts as a cleanser so if she is going to the bathroom a lot well then I guess that's just fiber. She might be getting bloated too. Is she? Maybe she is taking too much fiber or just taking the wrong amount. The two tablespoon thing does not work for everybody. I had to take it twice b/c I wanted to lose a few pounds and because I suffer from constipation. Now I just take it once and I'm good for the day. Well keep me posted. Have a good day.

I would like to know if there are any contraidications from takin nopalina. I'm pretty helty but fat. I need to
loose about 30lb. Please let me know.

I been taking linaza for about 9 days and i love it, I lost 5 ponds so far. Try it and if doesnt work for u just stop taking it. good luck.

I have taken the nopalinaza and it helps me to loss weight,but I don't know if it's only me or more persons that have effects with the nopalina because I used  for one month and I started using it when my period  started. then when I finish with the nopalina my period was continued. so I decide to stop drink the nopalina to see if my period stopped  . and yes
my period stopped. now I'm start using it and again my period comes again
but is not time to have my period. I don't know what's going on!
