16 year old question *How can i get rid of excess stomach fat...? PLESE HELP*:(

by TashaP, Feb 26, 2007 12:00AM
Hello, im 16 years old 5ft 9 a weigh 11 and a bit stone. My figure isn't bad im curvy so im not complaining too much. The only problem which is getting me down is that i have a slight wheat allergy which makes my stomach bloat. My stomache bulges out but it looks weird because its flat where my hips are then i have this slight stomach bulge. I have quite toned abdominals not completely but a bit. I have cut out wheat and done exercise, but its just so hard.to get rid of it. It is obviously fatty tissue but i just don't know how to make it flatter.
Probably sounds a stupid question but i really would like to hear anyone's opinions.
I have two older sisters who are much skinnier but curvy and have stomaches which are completly flat and properly toned, I am a bit larger then them, but not too much.
I really need to start loosing weight for the summer and also to increase my confidence, wearing a bikini. I really want my stumach to go down.
Please Please help me.
Many thanks
Tash

You can't isolate your fat loss. We all would love it if we could. The stomach are is the last to go for most people loosing weight. Just keep the workouts. Maybe bump up your cardio workouts and do more ab workouts. You might want to look closer at your diet.

Good luck
