I just started on the phen tablet last thurs and so far have lost 5lbs...I only drink water and have been a vegtarian for 9 years and recently added chicken only breast and occassionally wings and turkey breast to my diet because i have trouble being consistent with eating. I gained 20lbs in the last 3-4 mnths and my doct put me on adipex i opted for the phen.... I am trying to lose wieght and have been unsuccesful even with being a vegetarian and i donot eat hardly any sweets, potatoes, bread or pasta. i have a personal trainer that i just started with in dec. I think that if i can stay consistent with eating 3 meals a day and a snack when needed i can lose the weight. I struggle with it daily and need support.

Try this for HCG sources. Google "HCG weight loss Houston" (using your city name, of course). HCG is also used in fertility treatments so putting "weight loss" in the search will cut down on the number of returns. Or try calling clinics in your area (yellow pages under weight loss) to see if they follow this protocol.

Hi, I just got the book by Kevin Trudeau on Weight Loss Cure they don't want you to know about.  If follows a lot of my beliefs in that processed food is basically causing us to be obese.  It also talks about raw milk that I am a proponent of.  I believe that hCG will help.  I have fibromyalgia and went to the research hospital to do a study.  The staff suggested that I participate in a growth hormone study for fibromyalgia and noted that one of the "side-effects" was weight loss.  One of the tests for the study showed that my IGF (insulin like growth factor)  (growth hormone) was extremely low.  This they stated would be one reason for the inability to lose weight.  I am looking for a clinic in my area where I can get the hCG shots
