What is the purpose of a forum?(*^#%$#@&*)

So, I don't get it. This is the first time I have ever used a forum before and the experiance thus far has left a lot to be desired. Insert sarcasm..."Great! Lets create a forum for people to dicuss alternative weight loss protocals BUT lets not allow them to actually comunicate with each other. What a plan."

We are not sure why you are upset. Our rules have been the same for 13 years. This forum does give people a place to communicate with each other. In order to protect the identity and privacy of our members, we do not allow people to post personal e-mail addresses in the forum.
As for posting URL's - this is because many visitors were posting links to advertisements or links to malicious websites.
