| blctmc2003 11/22/2005 | . | I was seen at a weight loss clinic in houston, tx when visiting my sister there. she lost approx. 40 pnds while doing the combination of phentermine 37.5 mg, b12 injections, and triamterene (water pills. I live in kentucky and can not find a place to get the B12 injection. I called the clinic to see if I could get a RX and they dont do that you have to get them at their clinic. If anyone has any suggestions about this program or the injections please let me know. The clinic gives you 2 monthes of pills and your supposed to go in and get weekly injections. After your two monthes you wait 3 weeks then go back to start the the two month program again. I can be emailed at the same name at yahoo.com. Thanks!!! |

My mom gets B-12 injections b/c she has had GBP surgery and it makes it harder for her body to absorb the b-12 vitamin pills. Good luck! I hope it works out for you. Have you tried a google search? |

Way more affective too. he is in los angeles though. anyway, i had bad luck with buying them online and it was more expensive. Now I am assured that he will take care of me. |

I was wondering which dr. do you go to. what state and what is your strick diet made of. what kind of food and how much do you eat. what type of excercise do you do. today i got my 3rd b12 shot through my dr. in LA, but i have gained almost a pound from the first day of my shot 1-2-06. he was also very suprised not to see any loss so we have to try to see what happens by next week . thank you for your help. |
| fatanddisgusted 1/17/2006 C12 | CATHYZOM | Well for breakfast i have 1 piece of fruit (banana, apple, etc) no starches, no sugar, a lean cusine for lunch and a salad and 1 meat for dinner. Plus I walk everyday for at least 30 min. I'm also on some appetite suppresents named adipex. I'm in Georgia and the doctor that I go to in Dr. JT Cooper. He has a website. When I find out what it is I will be sure to let you know. I know one girl that sees him and lost 75 pds in 4 months. He really helps. Good luck girl |

I got my two months of Adipex 37.5, my water pill which was Maxide 75mg, which I have to take half every day, then I got my B-12 injection. But what I did was to purchase additional b-12 injections for four weeks, so that I would not make those trips back to the clinic. Yeah, I have never given myself a shot but........ I can do this. So the person that needed those extra b-12 shots, once your back in Houston ask the lady for additional b-12 for however many weeks your going to need, I was told you can inject this every four days or weekly on same day, and preferably near the hip, remember it's intramuscular and supposedly it does better there? :) But I will say I have had lots of energy and just helping my sister clean house made me break a sweat, so I feel this is GOOD. Can anbody else give me more information on this shot cause all I know is that its is b-12 and some fat burning substance. | nicelatinmuneca 1/30/2006 C15 | . | Your BMI definitely has to be over, and the shot is not just b-12 it also has amp/b6/b12/ which is a lipotropic mixture to help burn fat easily, plus gives energy. Your weight should not come back cause you are suppose to do your "thing" such as walking for 30 minutes or whatever causes you to be active for at least 30 min to 1 hour. This is going to help you get those typical results we all read about. YES it will help, but you have to do your part. I think that if you really want this to work for you, you will make it work! I remember one person in the clinic looking at me and said to me "ONE hour on the treadmill for 2 months and you be a size 6. That one comment stuck to me and guess what I did just that. Like a Challenge, if nothing else that person believed that I could look like that. In all what I am trying to say is that it will stay off, by the time you get to your weight goal you would have adopted some new ways to prevent the weight, so it will be a learning process. But now I'm realizing,,,its more then just B12, You are saying B12 plus B6. I'm trying to lose about 10 lbs and have been watching what I eat and exercising but is slow going and I'm sure alot is my age with metabolism slowing down. |

I had heard about a regimen using B12 and appetite suppressants, but wasn't sure of the specifics. After findng the information here, I started the shots and pills on January 2nd and so far have lost 15 pounds. I have more enrgy and little to no hunger at all. This is great for those who have trouble getting started and getting the weight to come off. I give myself the shots either in the butt or thigh - either will work. It's a little weird at first, but with the weight you're losing you get over it! |

And as for the supressants they do work and you do not realize how much food we really do eat. We are suppose to eat portions equal to the palm of our hands. "Unless of course WE,you,us have HUGE GORILLA HANDS! hahaha! But seriously take the whole program. The doctor's information is on my first comment under my name. So far so good I am barely on my first week, but I will not reaveal how much I have lost yet cause I want to wait the full month. I will say giving my self the first shot was kind of weird cause once I stuck my self on my arm I had a hard time squeezing the plunger so I got my roommate to do it for me. She is squemish but she did it anyway cause she knows how much this means to me to have these shots, and guess what she did great! cause you have to squeeze slowly. I held the needle and she pushed the plunger! "That was so funny! but every time we go somewhere to eat or if I am eating at home I find my self leaving most of my food. and YES I am doing my part such as walking for at least 30 to 1 hour. I feel great. I truly encourage all of you to follow your directions to the tee. Drinks lots of water! I will write back to give more feedback. "Remember" LOVE yourself and just DO IT! We take the phentermine and B-12 shots and we are also going to start the chromate (appetite suppressant). We both noticed that after a while the effectiveness of the phentermine starts to diminish. We feel more hungry than we did before. Does anyone know if you need to take a "break" from the meds for a few days so your body doesn't get too "used to" the meds? So far we are happy with our results, but it ain't cheap. We pay about $300 a month for shots, meds, and consultations. |

At first I didn't work out much like they say to but started to change my eating habits and it slowly started to drop off. I picked up walking and drinking lots of water. I acually had to force myself to eat something in order to take the pill. In one week, I dropped six pounds. How much water should I be drinking. That too has become a task. Even with my mouth feling dry, I will pass up the H2O. Also, should I go back weekly or every two weeks for the B12 shot? |

I went back and took the B12 shot again after two weeks and I didn't sleepp for three days. So you already know I will not be going back for the injection. I need my rest.
