Dr. In San Diego for basic exam

I am looking for a DR. to give me a basic physical exam. I need a basic exam so that I can submit my blood work and "basic exam" to receive my HCG from a different Dr. No funny tricks, just need a basic exam of blood pressure and pulse, I have my questionaire with me. Can submit by fax if physican is curious, but still unsure what it is I am in need of. Willing to do follow ups to show Dr. my results.
