| Zoya.13 2/15/2006 | . | Just made an appointment with a medical clinic for weight loss using the appetite suppr.,water pills and B12 injections... goal is about 25-30lbs loss. Just curious of someone who has been on similar program if it truly works and how long it usually takes to lose the amount of weight I'm wanting to lose. I've tried other weight loss gimicks and obviously with no true results. Thanks for any help or comments. |

Yes I'm in Houston, TX and there are several locations for this program... one listed already is the Harwin addy and phone number 713-541-6988, another on FM 1960 West 281-893-6415 and the last on Cairnway 281-463-6093. Please keep me posted on your success and also if anyone has a an idea of what is done and what is expected of me as far as diet and exercise regimen to go along with this program. Also, curious if any of these meds make you jittery or too hyper or worse cause insomnia... I know the idea is to give you energy and decrease your appetite, just curious of any unwanted side effects. |
| chunkymonkey 2/23/2006 C6 | . | My doctor instructed me to only take in 20grams of fat per day. He also said eat whole grain foods and not bleached products. As for the meds, for me I wasn't jittery, but the first day and 1/2 I would sometimes loose my train of thought. Now I feel just fine, and I have to make myself eat.
