Stacey,
Maybe your body is trying to tell you something! It sounds like your body has developed a sensitivity to alcohol, like an allergic response, if you will. Sometimes people will develop conditions of the stomach, liver or the pancreas (caused by alcohol most often) that make them very ill if they drink. In any case, your symptoms should cause you concern, and if you are having trouble staying away from alcohol, you should seek help from a medical or mental health professional. Withdrawal symptoms (hangovers) from alcohol worsen over time, even if a person isn;t drinking every day, but the fact that you experience such severe symptoms whenever you drink, suggests significant problems with alcohol. If you have not had a medical exam or physical in the last year, I suggest you make an appointment to do so, and tell them about these symptoms when you drink. Alcohol can destroy so much in a person's life, so I hope you'll follow up with this Stacey,
