How long after a person stops smoking marijuana will it be before they will test clean
Posted by SA, M.D. - HVMA on August 15, 1999 at 10:04:48 Dear Zac, I generally avoid disseminating such information, as it is usually requested so that people who are meant not to be using drugs (that's the whole point of someone requiring tests) tend to ask for this kind of information so that they can have it both ways. In the case of marijuana, my answer is usually one which discourages drug use, so here goes. At least a month, often more. So don't take the chance. If getting high is worth jeopardizing your job to you, you probably are more hooked on the drug than you think you are. For more on marijuana, check out http://www.drsteve.org Good luck!
