lorazepam

i have been taking lorazepam at 0.5 for a week to help me feel comfortable when the urge to smoke pot comes up i now take lorazepam at a doseage of 1.for a day how well this help me and when should i stop taking this so i dont become additive to it my psygoloist is comfortble having me on this and my faimly doctor is not so willing do you have any concerns or is this a pretty good way to go about this

In the year 1994 (if I remember right) Finnish doctors medical guide (Pharmaca Fennica) there was a mention that biperiden (brand name Akineton) can be used for addiction to nicotine (while it's main purpose is a drug for Parkinsons disease). Also my doctor have mentioned it. However, when I asked for info from pharmacist this year, it seems that this use of Akineton has dropped out in a new Pharmaca Fennica.



If anyone knows recent info about this, I would like to know from it also (you can e-mail me).
