This forum is for questions and support regarding arthritis issues such as:
Arthritis, Autoimmune Disease, Bursitis,
Fibromyalgia, Gout, Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis,
Lupus, Myositis, Neuralgia, Osteoarthritis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sciatica, Tendinitis, Vasculitis.
I had very similar symptoms as you have. I had SIJD.
Most doctors don't believe SIJD even exists, thats why they can't help. I saw over 20 doctors and few PTs during 15 painful years. No help from them at all. Then I found first doc who knew SIJD and how to correct it. No more pains...
Symptoms of pelvic misalignment (SIJD) include:
Bad Posture
Short leg
Uneven shoulders
Mild, moderate and severe lower back pain
Mild, moderate and severe upper back pain
Low back pain when sitting
Unconfortable to stand long times
Tingling or pain down one or both legs (sciatica)
Stiffness or pain in the neck
Painful knees, ankles, achilles
Tight hamstrings
Tight PSOASs
Tight piriformis
"Wear and tear" of the inter-vertebral discs
Herniated inter-vertebral discs
Persistent Headaches
Frozen Shoulder
"Pulled Back Muscles"
Lumbago
Piriformis Syndrome
Spinal Stenosis
