feeling is very uncomfortable.(2) are there any categories of meds that might be better? They have used Norpace with chronic fatigue syndrome with some success. (3) how bad a risk are these PACs for atrial fibrillation/ other heart problems? (4) is going at such a high HR the "equivalent" of exercising- does it "work out" the heart in the same way?- i.e., can it be "counted" as exercise? (5) what are exercise guidelines for this rhythm? (e.g., not over a certain number of PACs a minute?) Every time I try to exercise it seems like it sets off something, yet I am trying to be heart-healthy if I can. Many thanks.

Your questions are somewhat complex and require a more in-depth analysis than we can provide here in the forum. I would suggest following up with your family doctor or internist for a complete physical and evaluation of your symptoms.
