Question Title: Feeling of weakness

Hello doctor:
I am a 36 year old male. I have had the following symptoms for a long period (over a year). Lightheadedness (as in a brain fog, not a spinning sensation), weakness and fatigue, headaches some PVC's. They come all together and mabey three times a week on average except for the PVC's which have their own pattern.
I had normal blood work & physical results recently and an echo I had 2 years ago was normal.
Could this be heart related and/or do you have any other thoughts?
Thanks for any input.

Mark

Dear Mark

It may be worthwhile to wear an event monitor for a week and see if you are having an arrhythmia (other than the PVCs) during these episodes. A cardiologist could set up the test for you.

I hope this has been useful. Feel free to write back with further questions. Good luck.
