Is there any benefit for a patient who is in NYHA classII with an EF of 35-40 adding aldactone to their regular CHF meds (lasix, zestril, coreg and digoxin)?

Dear Henry,



As recently reported in the news there would be potential benefit.  You should discuss this with your cardiologist first.  It may be something to consider if you are not doing well on your current regimen.
