I live 1500 miles away from your clinic, and the logistics of having diagnoses and treatment at CCF are not clear to me.
1.) Do you do an initial evaluation of existing records (EKG's, response to medication, telphone interview etc) so that I can get close to the 'right' doctor when I do make an appointment to go to the clinic?
2.)Will your staff come up with a tentative evaluation / treatmentplan so that the length of time required for there stay can be estimated?
3.)Will results of tests carried out at the Clinic be evaluated immediately to expedite further testing (if needed) and treatment to minimize the time required to stay in Cleveland and to minimize return trips?
4.) In case of uncertainty of diagnosis or treatment, do you have a platform (such as regular staff meetings), where my CCF doctor can discuss my problems with other phycisians in the group? (No bridge or building has ever been built by one engineer!)
5.) Can out of state doctors prescribe medications to be filled at my local pharmacy?
6.) Will there be cost estimates and does your accounting staff negotiate with insurance companies to get treatments approved?
