Hello Doctor:
Could you please explain what septal hypertrophy is? Is it different from Ventrical Hypertrophy? On the echo it is listed as Interventricular Septum? Is that the middle of the heart that seperates the chambers?

Septal hypertrophy is a thickening of the wall between the two chambers of the heart (thus called the interventricular septum) and is a type of ventricular hypertrophy.
