Good question. I am guessing by the meds you listed above that your husband either has heart failure or a cardiomyopathy. This is a common combination of medications.
Typically coumadin should be taken at night.
Digoxin is usually taken in the morning.
Toprol xl is typically taken in the morning
Vasotec should be taken twelve hours apart.
Lasix should be taken twelve 12 hours apart, but I wouldn't take teh lasix too close to bed time as it will probably wake him up several times at night to go to the bathroom.
If your husband has coronary artery disease, but may be good to ask your doctor about aspirin and a statin, like lipator or zocor.

I do have a question. My husband has had two open heart surgeries
in a two year period. the first was to repair a leaky valve, the second to replace the valve. if any one has had this done I would just like to know if you are feeling better and if you have any problems sleeping and breathing. This seems to be an ongoing problem for him.
