face soap

I am currently using differin, minocycline, and cleocin T. I read that I should not use any face wash that contains salicylic acid while using the differin. So, what would you recommend that I use? Would a benzoyl peroxide face wash be okay?

                    thank you,

Gregg:

Sure.  But I don't know why salicylic acid would be a problem; at the concentrations used for acne washes, it's very mild and gentle, as for that matter is Differin.

Keep it clean!
