I recently had bad acne and it is just beginning to settle down now. My face is constantly red and has little red dots on it. About a year or so ago my face was never red unless i was embarassed, but now it is always a shade of red. My question is will the redness and dots on my face go away? Because my face never used to be red and it was very clear. This is very embarrasing to have, please respond, thank you.

From your description, I can't tell where you have red marks left over from pimples, general redness of the face, or some combination. If at least part of your problem is pimples, you should look into getting them treated with topical medication, starting with over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide.
As for redness itself, especially the kind which gets aggravated from blushing and flushing, there is not much which medication can do for it. Women hide such redness with makeup, but of course men don't.
If I were you, I would see a position to get a specific diagnosis.
