dear sir,

          i have white heads on my nose which are really causing me embrassing. i tryed many creams but to waste. i have visited many doctors they simply say that it will get cure but in vain. i actually have a doubt , does any one have this kind of problem?or its only me?these white heads come as soon i wash my face makin my nose look red, please tell me a cure for this any cream u would suggest would b a great.i cannot afford costly medicines so please help me.....

It's hard to get rid of whiteheads with creams, medical or otherwise.  My advice is to seek out an esthetician who does facials, mechanically squeezing out the oil which looks white.  This oil is normal, but many people wish it weren't there.  If facials work, you'll need to do one every couple of months.
