burn after taking hair product now have irritation on face?

After the burn my scalp blistered and turned red. The redness went down after a day and the blistering went down after a month or so. However, I still have little red dots on my scalp.
The thing that is bothering me is that after the burn I got an irritation that resembles Seborrheic Dermatitis. That's what the 3 dermatologists that I saw say I have. My face down to my shoulders is irritated and red. It flares up with heat and comes and goes throughout the day. Sometimes it's pretty bad. It feels like little needles on my face. Very sensitive.
The only thing that calmed it down a bit was a topical steroid foam called lexiq(sp?). After a week it went down a little but the foam isn't doing anything now.
The dermatologist is having me use head and shoulders, Niazoral 2% but it seems to just be more irritating.

If three dermatologists say you have seborrhea, then you probably do. If Luxiq foam stoppped working, you can try something else they can prescribe. Shampoos like the ones you mention help too, but may not be enough by themselves.
remember, please, that treatments knock seborrhea down but not out--it comes back when it wants to.
