Penis Rash

I was wondering what could cause my penis rash (looks more like an allergic reaction). Each time I have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend I notice small "pimples" on my penis head. I have been tested - for STD, and she has as well. We do not use condoms, and I do notice the apparition of these “scratchy-pimples” a day or so after the intercourse; could her sexual secretions be responsible? They usually go away within a matter of a few days without treatment. I am not circumcised (dunno if that helps!).
I’m also currently taking SSRI (Celexa) and noticed tremendous decrease in sexual interest. I was wondering if anything could prevent this.

I RECENTLY WENT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND WAS TESTED FOR ALL STDS ,THE TEST CAME BCK NEGATIVE ,EXCEPT FOR THE HEALTH WORKER NOTICEING THE SMALL LOOKING PIMPLES ,SE CALLED THEM THAT BEGAN WITH AN M ,BUT I DONT REMBER WHAT ,AND SAID THE COULD BE BURND OFF THEY ARE NOT WARTS ,OR HERPIES ,IM AM TRYING TO FIND MORE INFO BUT CAN NOT ,BECUAS THIS VIRUS SEEM TO BE RARE,,I HAD REMAINED ABSTINATE FOR 10 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INFECTION ,THE DOCTOR SAID IT MAY NOT HAVE COME FROM SEX,BUTRATHER SKIN CONECTION ,EVEN BREIFLY
