crater-like foreskin after masturbation

by shouldibeworried, Jun 24, 2004 12:00AM
I will try to include all info i can think is relevant: About two months ago i had oral sex with this girl, additionally there was some genital contact (no condom), but no intercourse.  Two days later, i felt a burning and stinging sensation in tip of my urethra all the time and more when i urinated. It was really bad for about  10 days.  I also developed some anal itching during that time, which i have never had before. Then about that time i was using ky liquid while masterbating and some got into my urethra and weirdly enough the burning sensation immediatly subsided afterwards. It did not go away but it became more tolerable.  It has slowly diminished over the last six weeks, but it is still present everyonce in a while, especially when i urinate.  I have gone to the doctor and they performed the standard urine and blood test and found nothing. I also asked the girl and she said she was clean. The dr. told me it was just irritation.  I believed him since it has happened before but not this bad and not this long. Then, about a week ago, i was masterbating (no ky) and ejaculated into a shirt i grabbed off my laundy basket, (it was the closest thing at the time), well, immediatly afterwards, my foreskin, on the bottom and the side swelled up, the best way i can think of describing it is that it had many folds and sort of look like the "grey matter" of a brain, except very red and even shiny, at the same time, i started itching around that area as well as at the base of my penis. The "grey matter" has slowly diminished, although still there, but now i have some crater like scars/or indententions, that were not there before, they are pretty small, but you can definately see them.  I also have a red patch of skin at the base of my penis that also itches.  My groin area does not itch.  Finally, yesterday i notice about 3 small red spots on the shaft of my penis and today there are a few more, including on my foreskin.  There are also tiny indentation marks on my foreskin that were not there previously.  I itch pretty often, worst when i scratch, i realize i shouldn't.  I have tried hydrocortisone, gold bond, and antibiotic cream.  It helps a little bit but doesn't make anything go away.  Also, at the time i first got the "grey matter" i had also gotten some tiny sores on the corner of my lips, and got really chapped lips, which i have never had before.  I treated that with some carmex lipbalm, and it has pretty much taken care of the lip.  I guess my question is do you know what the "grey matter" swelling is/was.  And is there any relation between my urethra burning/stinging, anal itch, which has also subsided but is still present, the grey matter, the red dots, the craters/indentation and my lip sores.  Also, is there any relevance that i ejeaculated into a dirty shirt.  I also have a dog that sleeps on my bed with me.  He is clean of fleas, etc (or at least supposed to be).  Any connections or ideas? Thanks

It's hard to digest all this detail.  In brief, I think you have irritation, just as the doctor said.  I think you should do absolutely nothing--no creams, no ointments, no looking or touching either.  I bet all these changes just go away.  If they stay around for another 3 weeks, have the doctor check again.  But this does not sound like an STD.

Best.
