Acne on my penis 23 male

This is really embarassing, but I have had what appears to be acne on my penis for a long time. I think before i even had sex. Iam 23 male. I have had more partners than a average guy my age, but iam careful. I was tested 3 months ago and I didnt have any std's. I have had these for about 6 years. I have a gf and she doesnt have any std's, and she def doesnt have herpies.

They are like zits on the bottom on my penis....they look like whiteheads and I can even pop them and have puss come out. The reason iam writing is because my friends and I were talking about herpies and it makes me nervous. I want to know if i can clear this up. They dont hurt or itch or even bother me other than they are ugly. They never go away either.They have been there for as long as I can remember.

Will they go away and can i do anything about them to clear them up faster?

I think these are cysts. Cysts are normal in this area. They do not need to be removed. Next time you see a doctor, check them out. But you're best off leaving them alone.
