Superfical Perivascular Dermatitis [Seborrheic Dermatitis

I had a piece of my scalp sent in for testing.
The Diagnosis was Focally spongiotic, superficial perivascular dermatitis with focal microvesiculation, eczematous.
Note: This history is most suggestive of Seborrhric Dermatitis.
My problem is I have an extremely itchy scalp, but there is no rash, crusting, or flecking.
THey have tried everything. I had a cat scan to check of lynpthnona. nothing show up.
I still have the etch problem, any suggestions

Itchy scalp can be very frustrating. The biopsy confirms that you have a dermatitis, not some sort of fungus. I wouldn't think that lymphoma would cause itching only on the scalp, so I'm not surprised that the test for that was negative.
Your doctors can use tar shampoos, steroid shampoos, steroid gels and lotions, lotions applied to the scalp and then covered with plastic shower caps, to name several methods. Also, you will need to exercise willpower to not pick or scratch at your scalp, because if you keep doing that, no medicine will help.
Please discuss this with your current doctor, or if necessary get another opinion.

I do have itching in several other places also. I have it on my ankles and top of my feet. I have it on my hands also, especilly on my thumbs. It sometime effects my knee area.
I am bothered on my face and ebrows also and sometime on my stomach.
I have been seeing my personell phyican and a Dermatolist for over 6 months. they have use everything to try to help it
including steriod both cream and pell form.
I am seeing another Dermatolist,but nothing has changed, except they did remove a malanomia from my cheek.
over the last year i have had several spots removed fro my face and ear and on my arm, but these were not malanomias.
Ihave no flaking for my scalp.
