Blood Blister Concern

I have a pinkish spot on my leg where my undie line is. About 3 yrs ago it swelled to a dark raised patch that eventually went away and left just a mark. It has reoccured and looks exactly like a nudular melanoma to look at, very black oval in shape risen about 5mm and adout 1cm across. I know it is filled with blood becuase i drined it. Underneath is pink and if drained refills and looks worse and is bigger again. Can a melanoma be drained like this? I read they look like blood blisters but are they actually filled with blood? It is very painful when full of blood? What could it be?

It sounds like a blood blister, but I can't tell whether the blood is from your manipulating it. If you think it could be a melanoma, wouldn't it make sense to have it seen in person, even if only so you could stop worrying about it?
