Question Title: 10 yr old daughter repeated nausea........

Her nausea is usually after eating, in the morning. However,
lately it is any time during the day and even wakes her during
the night. She insists she is going to throw up, although never
has.

The start of nausea, and end of nausea can be very abrupt. Starts
in a split second, and can end just as quickly. Stress does seem
to make it worse, as does driving in a car making her car sick.

Right now she is only taking Children's Mylanta, which only helps
slightly. I do not want to put her back on Propulsid, due to the
heart problems associated with it.

She takes Lactaid with EVERY thing she eats, from a simple piece
of toast, to a regular meal or snack (as per her pediatric
gastro's advice)

I'm desperate to end her suffering. Is this a lactose problem, or
reflux? It's a daily problem lately and would like to nip this
in the bud as soon as possible.
