Question Title: 10 yr old daughter repeated nausea........Forum: The Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases Forum
| |
My daughter has stomach problems since birth, but became more severe 3 years ago. After a endoscopy 3 years ago showed irritation, she was placed on Zantac and Propulsid. Whe recovered, only to relapse last year, placed on Zantac and Propulsid again, with only slight results. Found out she was lactose intollerant, but never had any of the *typical* symptoms of cramping and loose stools. Her nausea is usually after eating, in the morning. However, The start of nausea, and end of nausea can be very abrupt. Starts Right now she is only taking Children's Mylanta, which only helps She takes Lactaid with EVERY thing she eats, from a simple piece I'm desperate to end her suffering. Is this a lactose problem, or - Kathy
