Pregnancy

I occasionally use a Fleet enema for constipation & I have excellent results.  Can I still use the enema when needed since

I'm 14 weeks PG? I don't use enemas on a regular basis.

Dear Kathy,

I would discourage enema use during your pregnancy.  There are a number of natural laxatives e.g. fiber that should allow for regular bowel movements.  In any case, you should ask your obstetrician about what to do.
