chronic pancreatitus

Tags: chronic, pancreas, Cancer, DIABETES, ercp, fibrosis, internet, mellitus, pancreatic, reading, cystic fibrosis

Please help. Somewhere on the internet I was reading that if you have any form of pancreatitus, that it is not unusal to get any one of 5 other problems...such as Cystic Fibrosis, diabetes mellitus, pancreatic cancer and there are 2 more. I can't find that web site now. Does anyone out there have a clue as to where I can find something about this? I go for an ERCP in 1 month and want to be prepared with as much info as possible.

I ALSO HAVE PANCREATITUS,ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T HAD A ATTACK IN 2 YEARS.I HEARD ABOUT GETTING DIABETES BECAUSE IT EFFECTS THE PANCREAS AND SO FAR I HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY.IT ALSO HELPS TO STAY ON A LOW-FAT DIET,DON'T SMOKE OR DRINK!!!IF YOU NEED SUPPORT OR SOME ONE TO TALK TO YOU CAN ALWAYS REACH ME AT KONTOKID@YAHOO OR CALL ME AT 718-721-7505 GOOD-LUCK AND GOD BLESS...NICHOLAS 08 06 01
