ERCP results from the Radiologist

I am wondering if anyone could give me some insight on these test results.
I had my gb removed in August of 2000. I was very ill at that time. I no longer have a fever and am not as nauseated as I was but I still have chest pain, burning and back pain, although now my back pain is more intense on my left side instead of the right. In January my GI performed a ERCP to dilate my bile duct and performed an sphincterotomy. He said it was very a positive precedure as there was alot of yellow debris and two small stones (3 to 4 mm)that came out but I'm still experiencing the pain. I was reviewing the records from the procedure and the pictures that were taken at the time of the ERCP. The Radiologist report states: Four spot films were obtained during the course of an ERCP. The common bile duct appears unremarkable w/reflux into the intrahepatic biliary tree. The patient is status post cholecystectomy. No definite stricture is visualized. Correlation is recommended with real time fluoroscopy.
Does anyone understand what this reflux issue means? Could this be the cause of my continued pain. I'm out of ideas of what's going on with me and my doc just wants to wait. Wait for what I'm wondering as I've been suffering over a year, lost my job and can barely take care of my family.
