I have been suffering a gastritis since long time sometimes I took Xantite and Antacide tablet also syraf but sometimes are fine after some day are as same condition.  Now I wish fully recovery from this diseases.  In this time I don't sleep smoothly my sleep is very few and physical is weak and my urine is yellow also bad saint and stool is hard.  My urine always is irritate it is my bad condition for me.  



I am enclosing herewith my all tests report to you for you kind information and necessary action.

ESR  (Westergren) - 06 mm/1st hour

Total WBC - 6,700 / Cmm.

Basophils - 00%
