22 with lumps at anus...what's wrong???help

i'm 22 and female and have had very light occasional bleeeding from my rectum, i noticed that a lump had developed on the outside of my anus and recently it has grown(now there are 2 ) i'm desperate to know what might be wrong...lately i've been having pain in my lower abdomen, but the lumps are painless...i often get sharp stabbing pains too..please help...

Go see a doctor if you haven't. You didn't reveal enough for us to advise. Bleeding from there can be serious or very minor. But go see a doctor.
