Yes well when i have had bowel movements i noticed blood on te toliet paper, and there were a few drops of blood in the toilet? Do i need to be concerned? My aunt died of intestinial Cancer..and i at risk?. I used to be constipated

If it is bright red blood that you are noticing, then it is probably due to hemorroids.  Still, with your family history it would hurt for you to see a doctor.

The same thing happend to me too.I went to the bathroom and I noticed blood in the toilette..I was concernd ,but if it is light red then it more likly hemmorids.I went to the doctor any way and it was no big deal...he examend me and gave me some medication so the bowl movment doesnt iritate.
