question about bowel movements....

by Tiffany21, Feb 20, 2002 12:00AM
I have been having excessive gas, constipation and have not moved a bowel as usual in the past 2 days. What could be the cause of this? Should I be worried? Thanks

Everyone gets off his/her usual bathroom schedule once in a while, and 2 days without a b.m. is not a cause for worry. Just try to drink a lot of water, maybe do some exercising, and eat some good fiber - fruits, vegetables, maybe some bran, and things will eventually "work out".
