constipation - does this sound like you?

My son is now almost 6 years old.
HISTORY: malrotion of bowel and release of ladds bands 5 day old
repair of adhesions in both upper/lower bowel 22 months
He had 1 year after repair as a normally healthy child.
He now suffers cronic constipation, soiling, abdominal pain,
swollows down vomitt, sore legs, loss of appetite at times.
Ocassionally lethargic and dreamy in his own world.
He gets regular bowel wash outs through nasel tube to empty
his bowel. Is on laxatives which make his stolls very soft
but it still wont expell properly except stain.
Can you relate to this, If so please make contact as knowledge
