Connection to constipation and other abdominal disorders

A year ago I had a violent, painful sneeze that has been followed by chronic constipation. Since then I have had a barium enema(normal),colonoscopy(normal)& CT scan. I then had a laproscopy which showed multiple abdominal adhesions(removed). I continue to have chronic constipation (loose stools but unable to eliminate). I've had a colonic transfer study that indicated extremely long transit times in left colon. In addition, over the past year I've had 6 bladder infections, a kidney infection, several sinus infections, and ovarian cysts. Blood work has shown high neutrphis & low lymphocytes (even when on antibiotics). The laproscopy also mentioned peritoneal fluid present. I am wondering if there can be a connection between the peritoneal fluid, constipation and chronic infections. What sort of diagnostic testing would need to be done to identify a connection, if any?
